This phrase was placed here without translation. I did manage to do a simple translation of these with an Albanian-English translation site that indicates "kohë është flori" means roughly that "Time is gold" or "Time is golden" — they thus might be compared to the English proverb "Time is money" or a more general assertion "Time is precious" and "Time is valuable."
I am aware that Shkodër is a city in Albania, and this might indicate where the proverb is presumed to have originated, or be generally used. I will probably delete this page eventually as superfluous but see no special hurry in doing so. If anyone who is familiar with Albanian proverbs can confirm or reject my assessment, and help in proper placement of the phrase, it will be appreciated. — 00:03, 4 Mar 2004 (UTC)
