1 : Dobrich
Dobrich is a city of some 100,000 inhabitants in the Southern Dobruja area of north-eastern Bulgaria. The city was named Hadji-oglu Pazardjik while a part of Romania between 1913 and 1940, and Tolbukhin from 1949 to 1991 in honour of the Soviet commander whose troops who liberated it from German occupation in 1944.
